Itinerary:

Hotel pick up is up to you. We suggest 7-8 am.
Arrive into Tulum 90 minutes later.
Spend 1.5 - 2 hrs in Tulum (90 min guided tour optional, see below).
Drive back to Xcaret takes 30-40 minutes.
Set pick up time with driver (before or after the show).
In between Tulum and Xcaret you can stop to shop, eat at a small restaurant or go directly to Xcaret.
In Xcaret you can swim/snorkel, float down the underground river, walk through the jungle, eat, drink or relax in a hammock.

Xcaret Regular Private includes entrance into the park and all the exhibits.
Xcaret PLUS Private also includes: 1 buffet meal w/ lemonades & coffee, and 2 coupons valid for your choice of: 2 sodas, 2 bottles of water,1 beer OR 2 chips. Full snorkel equipment rental, towel & locker.

You can only use biodegradable sunscreen at Xcaret.

Note: The price per adult drops when there are more adults in your group. That's because we have a fixed cost to pay all the tolls, driver, etc. Use the red numbers to figure the price per ADULT (55" or taller). Kid prices remain the same, regardless of number of adults. Kids 40"-55" tall are shown in orange. Kids under 40" tall are free. 10 people max per vehicle.

Xcaret Regular includes: Night show, Butterfly Pavilion, Aviary, Swim in the underground rivers (use of padlocked bag for safe keeping your personal belongings & life vest). Showers, beach chairs and hammocks. Tropical reef aquarium, Botanical garden, orchids, mushrooms & turtle farm. Museum, Mammals islands, Bat Cave, jaguars, tigers, guided tour of the caverns and the Mayan village. Daytime shows at the theater, museum and main avenue & night show (no food or drinks). Night show includes the ball game, live theater show with the flyers from Papantla, Veracruz. The show is at 6pm - 8pm, you arrive back to Cancun between 9:15 & 9:30 pm.

FAQ:

What should we bring?
Walking shoes that might get wet, a hat, camera, extra t-shirt, biodegradable sun screen, sunglasses, swim suit, money for shopping and tips.

What kind of vehicle do we get? Does it have seats, insurance?
All vehicles have a/c. If you are less than 4 adults or a family of 4 we use a car and for 4 adults or more we use a van. The van holds 10 passengers. ALL passengers must have a seat belt. Therefore if you are 9 adults & 2 children you would need 2 vehicles. Vehicles must have Federal highway insurance & passenger insurance by law. If we are caught without it they take the vehicle. I can't speak for all companies but, the price of insurance is nothing compared to losing your vehicle.

Is there a deposit? What are the cancellation policies?
Yes we need a deposit of 20% and the cancellation policy is before 12 noon the day before the trip. WHY? Because we need to book the vehicle for the day. If we wait till 3 pm the day before to cancel the vehicle will have lost out doing services the next day. That is not fair to us or the driver who lives on tips. If cancelled in time, a full refund will be issued that day. I have the most flexible policy in Cancun PLUS you do not pre-pay in full. Cancellation Policy.

Do we go to a check in area first?
No. You are picked up from your hotel and taken directly to the Tulum or Xcaret entrance gates and dropped off at your hotel lobby on the way back.

Who do we pay the balance to?
On the morning of tour pay the balance to the driver in cash: US Dollars, Canadian Dollars (1=1), or Mexican Pesos (check with driver for current exchange rate). If you want to pay more than the 15% down payment today, please send me an e-mail letting me know you have. I do ask for 3% sur-fee to cover my credit card expense for payments in full.
